There are eight Vintners' Holidays sessions that feature four prominent wineries and industry experts. The two- and three-day programs include informative seminars, panel discussions and wine tasting moderated by nationally recognized wine authorities. Each session concludes with a five-course Gala Vintners' Dinner in the elegant Ahwahnee Dining Room, highlighting wines from the participating wineries paired with a custom gourmet menu by The Ahwahnee’s Executive Chef, Terry Sheehan.

The two-night packages begin the first night of the session, the last night is the night of the Gala Vintners' Dinner. Three-night packages are highly recommended to take advantage of all session events! The first night of the three-night packages is two nights preceding the Vintners' Holiday. The last night of the three-night packages is the night of the Gala Vintners' Dinner. Neither the three or the two-night packages include holidays or weekends.
