Two strong programs now compete for attention in Denver. We think this is a strength for the wine enthusiasts and professional aspirants in Colorado, a booming area of wine interest.

COOK STREET in Denver offers a class program focused solidly on the connection between fine food and wine. Check the information on their site regarding the Professional Food & Wine Career Program (open house on 2/13/07) -- and be sure to add yourself to their mailing list for the announcement of tastings and other courses. And, check out their classes on Wines of Alsace & Champagne, Wines of Bordeaux & the Loire Valley and the Wines of Burgundy & the Rhone Valley.

INTERNATIONAL WINE GUILD offers a rich selection of class offerings in Denver! A schedule of classes is posted on the Guild's calendar for January - October 2007. Check out the website.
