Dottore Caprarola dinner @ New Brunswick, NJ

|
May 20 2007

Dottore Claudia Caprarola, of The Cantine del Notaio in the Basilicata region of Italy will host dinner for a select few guests in our wine library room. The library is one of our most intimate dining rooms, so seating is strictly limited to 30 guests.

  • Reservations @ Catherine Lombardi

Dottore Caprarola will present six exceptional wines of the estate; two that have never been offered in The United States. The wines of this region, made from the Aglianico grape on the slopes of a dormant volcano, are profound, earthy, rustic and powerful. This is a rare opportunity to taste uncommon wines from a region with which you may not be familiar at the instep of the Italian boot. It’s made all the more extraordinary to taste them with the producer and alongside a menu that has been carefully crafted specifically for them.
