Guests can also bid quietly in the silent auction that offers a variety of unique and exciting items for everyone to enjoy including several terrific winery tours. Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6 p.m. with the live auction beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased online at www.coc.ca or by calling 416-306-2305.
The COC’s Annual Fine Wine Auction offers a chance to purchase many very fine wines for your cellar, whether you are a seasoned collector or just starting to appreciate the fruit of the vine. Items include a 1961 Château Latour, a 2001 Ornellaia Tenuta, a number of desirable years of Château Mouton Rothschild and La Mouline, celebrated 1991 Napa Cabs from Dominus and Silver Oak in magnum, a vertical of Domaine de la Romanée Conti Richebourg, and an incredible array of spectacular wines from around the world.
Last year, the Fine Wine Auction raised over $58,000. This year, oenophiles will have their chance to support the COC and raise even more funds. All proceeds raised at the Fine Wine Auction are in support of the COC.
