    • FIVE-COURSE DINNER & SUPRISE LIBATION PAIRING WITH CELEBRATED CHEF CARLOS GUIA 6 PM - 10 PM

    Savor a night of unforgettable cuisine as Commander's Palace Chef Carlos Guia guides you on a journey of discovery. For the first time in Odyssey's history, guests will be introduced to the unique combination of pairing Creole specialties with surprise libations. Guests will indulge in the intense flavors of a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Carlos Guia, a native of Venezuela and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Each dish will be paired with creative concoctions for a truly memorable evening.

    The Masters Dinner black-tie event has become synonymous with the incomparable dining and entertainment strata of Las Vegas. Our Masters of Food, wine and art link their creative prowess to bring an evening of culinary excellence, capturing the unbridled moments of an exquisite five-course dinner paired with internationally celebrated wines. Artist in resident, Bruce Sulzberg will again showcase his new collection of phenomenal 3-D paintings.

    Assisting our celebrity chefs will be 10 of Le Cordon Bleu’s outstanding students competing for the Odyssey Foundation’s Scholarship and Award of Excellence. Odyssey also will announce the third winner of the 2006 “Over Achiever Award” and present an additional $2,500 check for his or her outstanding academic achievements.

    According to the world-renowned restaurateur Piero Selvaggio, wine is more than a passion, it's a way of life. With this philosophy in mind, Mr. Selvaggio invites guests on a journey of discovery to indulge in the best of Italy with an exclusive wine tasting from his award-winning cellar of more than 200,000 bottles. Learn about the rich history and diverse flavors of wine as an expert Italian winemaker conducts a private tasting just for you. Sample delectable Italian specialties as James Beard Award-winning Chef Luciano Pellegrini pairs each wine with authentic Italian antipasto, an enriching culinary experience not to be missed.

    By the fourth and final day of Odyssey, our chefs need a well-deserved break — and so do our guests! After all of those fabulous dinners, wine tastings, cocktails and dancing we all need to wind down. Join the city’s most celebrated chefs as they play a round of charity golf. Our guests who register early will be able to select their favorite chef, so don’t delay!

    Play the prestigious Siena Golf Club designed by Master Architects Brian Curley and Lee Schmidt. The course is surrounded by the towering Spring Mountains and overlooks the Las Vegs skyline, a perfect setting for a perfect ending of an exciting culinary weekend.

    This event also will include a Continental Breakfast, Gift Items, the Blues Barbeque Luncheon, Silent Auction and Live Blues by the Spellcasters — other bands to be announced.

    SIENA GOLF CLUB — $350 PER PERSON
