Wine Lovers' Weekend at Eagle Ridge @ Galena, IL
Alpana Singh, master sommelier and host of “Check Please” on WTTW Channel 11, is the highlight of the annual Wine Lovers’ Weekend at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, March 30 to April 1, in Galena, Ill. Singh will speak at the opening night wine tasting and preside over a special “Celebrating the Seasons” wine and food pairing dinner Friday, March 30.
Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa will play host to hundreds of wine lovers at a non-stop, indulge-your-senses weekend designed for vinophiles and foodies, alike. The full weekend program includes wine tastings and spirit seminars, lavish breakfast buffets on Saturday and Sunday; tours of local wineries; a trip to the Galena Grand Tasting and Auction; and the opportunity to learn from wine and whisky masters.
