No other tasting has a global array of distinctive Merlots in a festival setting, promoting the publicâ€™s knowledge and appreciation of Merlot as a varietals. Merlot in May 2006 featured more than 230 Merlots from 130 vintners, representing the wine regions of 9 countries.
