Your support of the 23rd Annual Celebrate with Heart gala will help fight America’s top killers—heart disease and stroke. Celebrate with Heart 2007 will take place on Thursday, February 15 at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. This special weekend will celebrate wine, chocolate and love! It marks the first of four special events hosted by the wineries of the Leelanau Peninsula Vintners Association in 2007. The combination of winter's beauty on the Leelanau Peninsula with the special pleasures of life will make for a great day. This event is limited giving those in attendance an opportunity to become better acquainted with our wine and wineries.
We are offering 3 events in one over this weekend. You pick and choose or do all three. On Friday night we will have a welcome reception (possibly a concert), on Saturday we host the 5th Annual Snowshoe Stomp and Saturday and Sunday is the Taste Passion wine trail event.
The Minnesota Grape Growers Association (MGGA) is pleased to announce a "Cold Climate Wine and Grape Conference" to be held at the Holiday Inn Select in Bloomington, MN on February 16th and 17th, 2007. The conference will, once again, focus on the Business of Growing Grapes & Making Wine in the North.
