Come celebrate as the Boston Wine Festival continues its great tradition of stimulating wine events during the 18th Annual Boston Wine Festival. The Festival offers two to five wine events each week from January through April 2007. The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival is a national, star-studded, four-day weekend destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU), the festival benefits the Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center both located at FIU.

The two-day conference, which will be held at the Embassy Suites conference center, attracts growers and winemakers from Santa Barbara to the south, Santa Cruz to the north and Bakersfield in the Central Valley. The event receives support from several industry sponsors.

The Grand Dinner is slated for Friday, February 23, at Farm, the new restaurant at Carneros Inn, Napa. This exclusive special occasion for lovers of fine food and wine begins at 6 p.m; seating is limited to 100 guests at $350 per person.
