Going Vertical! is the Yakima Valley's newest event! A weekend event featuring vertical series of wines from the Valley. Mark your calendar this Labor Day for a weekend of tasting, touring, and hands on activities.
The Discover Virginia Food and Wine Festival is a one day family friendly event featuring cuisine from across the Commonwealth. Virginia's Finest food purveyors will be sampling peanuts, ham, seafood as well as award winning Virginia wines.
This is the season when the wineries have all their new wines bottled and ready for tasting. As many as 15 wineries will participate, with wines to sample and purchase. Listen to the great sounds of jazz, browse the craft vendors, purchase gourmet food, take the kids to the expanded “Kids Zone” or visit the restored village. Raspberry goodies, live jazz on the front porch, a chocolate fountain, and much more during the winery's biggest festival of the year.
The Austin Healey Club of the Midwest will be co-hosting the event with about 60 classic cars on signt. There will be live music performed all day by the Bell-Airss. In addition there will be food vendors, hay rides, arts and crafts, and plenty of free wine tasting, grape and apple picking and much more.
Join us and three other guest wineries to celebrate the fall harvest. Bring your own lawn chair and a picnic. Sample some grapes, check out the craft vendors or purchase food from our fabulous food vendor.
