The Amador Vintners member wineries host various events at their wineries throughout the year and join together to sponsor two major events. "Behind the Cellar Door", a two day event in February, is hosted at 27 member wineries and offers tastes of new and limited release wines, seminars and demonstrations, as well as a dinner event on Saturday evening. The annual Harvest Festival--"The Big Crush" is offered in the Fall. Tickets to the Harvest Festival include wine tasting, live music, gourmet food, new wine releases, winery tours, complementary hors d'oeuvres at the wineries and raffle prizes.
