Temecula Valley Winter Barrel Tasting @ Temecula, CA
Always a huge success, this promises to be our best barrel tasting weekend ever! Members of our association welcome you to their wineries and lodgings for an exciting weekend of wine tasting. Many wineries offer futures and special discounts on their barrel samples. With 20 wineries opening their cellars for your tasting pleasure, this event is "the one" for you and your friends to attend. Take the opportunity to sample wines from the barrel, enjoy samples of perfectly matched food, talk to winemakers, and explore the beautiful Temecula Valley wine region.
This event gives wine lovers an opportunity to meet the winemakers and gain insight into the creative process behind how they make their wines. Visitors will taste samples of future releases straight from the barrel and be the first to enjoy the wines of a new vintage. Taste over 40 reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling wines! In the tradition of this eclectic group of wineries, each winery participates in their own special way, offering a minimum of one barrel sample and one finished wine, both perfectly paired with a complementary sample of food.
The Barrel Tasting is not at one location. You drive to the 20 particpating wineries, rent a limo, or buy an additional ticket on the Grapeline Shuttle to visit the participating wineries. All participating wineries will be pouring Saturday & Sunday. Your ticket allows you to visit each winery one time over the two-day period.
