Coventry's Wine Studies Degree programmes are joint degrees with Wine Studies married to an appropriate other subject, including French, Italian, German, Spanish, English, Business, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Tourism.
The Certificate programme provides a detailed knowledge and understanding of wine and wine tasting set in the context of an up-to-date knowledge of the UK wine trade. its is also designed to prepare participants to take the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET®) wine trade examinations. It also provides details of spirits and other alcoholic beverages. As well as appealing to people with a desire to study wine, it should also appeal to anyone in the wine trade or to someone who would like to enter the wine trade. No previous knowledge of wine is assumed.
