In a series of limited enrollment, short courses, the Blackberry Farm creatively pairs some of the best chefs of the nation with outstanding vintners.

    These assorted food and wine events have been traditionally held at off-peak weeks of the year and usually start on a Sunday or Monday afternoon and finish at breakfast three or four days later. This program is the most ambitious yet scheduled by Blackberry Farm. The resort is a member of the Relais & Chateaux organization of hotels and resorts.
