Association of Wine Educators / London, UK
The AWE is a UK group of independent, professional wine educators that run wine courses, wine tastings, seminars and holidays for both trade and consumers.
The AWE offers a resource of highly qualified, specialist wine educators not found elsewhere in the UK. Members come from varied backgrounds with most having experience either in the wine trade, in education or both. Several members are active in the media as wine writers or radio/TV presenters. The members hold WSET Diploma or have demonstrated equivalent knowledge in wine (some are Masters of Wine), and all have experience in presenting a range of educational events.
